There are several fine Choirs leading the Mass at St. Robert Bellarmine. Together they collaborate to help our parishioners celebrate the Mass on Sundays, Feast Days and Sacraments throughout the year.

Catholic liturgy and music go hand in hand.  Sacred music is a core, essential part of the Mass. The choirs at St Robert's are a worship ministry, serving Christ and his people by elevating the liturgy with song.

Parish Choir

• The Parish Choir sings the 2nd and 3rd Sundays at 10:30 a.m. Mass, and the 4th Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Mass, as well as select Holy Days.
• This group consists of adults and high school students and rehearses three Thursdays per month 7:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
• Ability to sight-read and sing solos NOT required.
• A spirit of humility, curiosity, and kindness required. 
• Opportunities to practice outside of rehearsal are available but not required.
• Help us meet/exceed our goal of 30 members.
• Solo instrumentalists welcome

THE MEZZOS

• The Mezzos sing the 1st Saturday at 5:00 p.m. Mass and the 4th Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Mass, as well as select Holy Days.
• This group consists of 7th and 8th graders.
• St Robert's Catholic School students rehearse during the school day.
• Non-St Robert's Catholic School students rehearse twice a month, beginning September 13. Rehearsal schedule provided upon request.
• Ability to sight-read and sing solos NOT required.
• A spirit of humility, curiosity, and kindness required.
• Opportunities to practice outside of rehearsal are available but not required.
• Help us meet/exceed our goal of 30 members.
• Solo instrumentalists welcome

Children's Choir

• The Children's Choir sings the 1st Sunday of each month at 10:30 a.m. Mass and is open to all School and Parish students 2nd through 6th grade.
• St Robert's Catholic School students rehearse during the school day.
• Non-St Robert's Catholic School students rehearse the last two Wednesday of each month 5:15 - 6:00 p.m. in the school music room.

Cardinali

• Cardinali is a collaboration the Parish Choirs and cantors to create a large and joyful choral experience for special occasions, such as Feast of Christ the King, Confirmation, and First Communion.
• Cantors are encouraged to participate in Cardinali events and rehearsals to create a community and fellowship across our Music Ministry.
